Currently if a user doesn't want to run a subset of tasks in a job, he has to remove them, and in case he needs them later, he has to recreate all those deleted tasks again.

Let's say we can create a dedicated area in Tasks section to drag and drop tasks that will not be executed. Another implementation would be adding a check-box on each plan which will allow to enable/disable each task easily.
