Bamboo shouldn't generate JIRA issue links if the project doesn't exist in JIRA

      If you've got a text of format in the commit comment 'xxx-xxx' Bamboo will assume this to be a JIRA issue key

      We should check if the project key is valid before generating the hyperlink
