Rerun failed jobs button plays hide and seek

The Rerun failed jobs button is never where i expect it to be. On a failed job, i click on that job, see what when wrong, see that it is an infrastructure failure, now i want to rerun it... how? I have to go back to the build summary page, then go to the drop down that was visible on the job result page, but didnt have the rerun option:

please save my time and if youre going to put it in a top-level drop down, it should always be there.
