Github plugin should list master at the top/by default

    Description

      I shouldn't have to look through the entire list to find what should be the default option. This list should either:

      • Put master at the top of the list
      • Have master selected by default
      • Not have master in the list and have a "none" option

      Personally it feels weird to be forced to pick a branch at all. But i dont know much about Git so this may be a standard concept...
