Not sure if this is a bug or improvements....

I have a scheduled plan in Bamboo set to build every second (using the Cron Expression). Seems to work fine. I marked the Plan Disabled from the Actions dropdown menu. I have Bamboo running via console.bat file on Windows so I can watch console standard out messages scroll by. Even though the plan is disabled I still see the messages "Running Quartz Strategy Job for MYPROJECT-MYBUILD fly by every single second (since i have my plan scheduled to run every second).

I would think if a plan is disabled that somehow you could disable the Quartz job too so it isn't polling. This could be a little bit of a performance hit in larger installations with hundreds of plans.
