Bamboo should not allow admin users to remove themselves from the admin global permissions

      At the moment users with the bamboo-admin global permission can can edit the global permission and even revoke themselves the right to admin Bamboo. This should not be allowed as doing so will mean that no one has access to administration menu in Bamboo.
