Bamboo fails to clone plan requirements properly

I have a plan with multiple stages and jobs. When I try to clone this plan, the resulting plan does not show any requirement for its jobs. Instead, the list is empty.

In fact, the requirements seems to be there, since I cannot add capabilities with keys defined in the parent plan, but I can add capabilities which are not used on the parent plan.

The description of the requirements also shows something weird:

This job can only be built by agents whose capabilities meet the {0} below. One agent is capable of building this Job.
