Git submodule support not working for SSH private key authenticated checkouts

    Description

      With BAM-11354 solved, I gave git submodule support another go. It doesn't work for submodules that require SSH private key authentication.           Suggestion - BAM-11369 If I want to use git submodules then I shouldn't have to upload and configure SSH keys on each Bamboo Agent.
