Ability to configure GITHub web-repository for GIT repository

      Currently, we let users configure custom web repositories for SVN.
      But the only option for GIT is to have Fisheye - we should give users ability to configure GITHub as their web-repository.

            You might want to support GitWeb and GitHub Enterprise to start. GitHub Enterprise has the same URL structure as GitHub. I volunteer to test GitHub Enterprise support.
