Application links in Application Trust modes with explicit 443 port fail to authenticate

      If you are running bamboo on port 443. and you create an application link from JIRA using the url https://server:443/bamboo, authentication fails with an error "Bad URL Signature" recorded in the log, and the jira user can only see jobs in bamboo available to anonymous users.

      Changing the application link to https://server/bamboo resolves the problem.
