Cannot uncheck the 'Only run Build if other Plans are currently passing'

    Description

      On our CAV-GITVM plan on BEAC, we have the 'Only run Build if other Plans are currently passing' option enabled and we cannot disable it.

      If you uncheck the checkbox and hit save, the page comes back with the checkbox enabled.
