The default elastic agent for windows has a build-dir of:

C:\Users\Bamboo\bamboo-agent-home\xml-data\build-dir\

54 chars long. This can cause problems for projects that also have deeply nested files, causing delete operations to fail and all sorts of other muck.

Would be better to mount the build-dir to x:\ or something similar to help avoid long path problems on windows.
