Building Bamboo Source fails due to Install4j

Bamboo source doens't compile as Maven can't pull down install4j libraries.
The customer needs to comment out <module>bamboo-installer</module> from components/pom.xml.

We should have a different profile for building Bamboo source to exclude thirdparty libraries from compilation
