Elastic agent configuration capabilities are in correct

The default image configurations contain capability configurations which are not valid.

For example, There is a Maven 3.0.2 capability pointing at /opt/maven-3.0.2, though the image does not have a 3.0.3 maven installed. There is a /opt/maven-3.0 which points to /opt/apache-maven-3.0.3 however.

I've not checked all of the capability configurations for all default images, could be others which are incorrect too.
