Gatekeeper with push requires the commits into that repository to be serialized

      For the final merges not to fail, no commit can hit the branch you're pushing to.

      Given our concurrent builds control does not guarantee this, it's not really possible to configure Bamboo in such a way to enforce it to work effectively

      We need the ability to set concurrency control across all branches.
