Currently the problem URL link for JIRA issue is incorrect in Code Changes tab. When user click on the link it will be directed to the following error:

Step to replicate

1. Configure Bamboo integrate with JIRA
2. Link an issue to a build
3. Commit a changes with a massage with jira issue key(eg: BAMBOTEST-1) to the repository and run the build
4. You will probably able to see the Code changes as shown in the following:
   
5. Click on the jira issue link and the URL provided is base on Bamboo base URL

This does not happen in builds Summary page:

Current, workaround please click the link in the Summary tab
