Currently, Bamboo will throw the exception:

Error: Bamboo was not able to extract changesets

If the commit with description or username in Russian. When both changeset description and username (n repository) are in English, Bamboo extracts them properly.

This does not happen to perforce repository is usernames in English, and changeset description in Russian
