When configuring the plan's notifications, one can notify different type of recipients: user, group, email address, IM address, committers & watchers.

It would be great to add another type of recipient: "launcher" or "triggerer" representing the person manually triggering a plan.

When a plan is only manual (e.g. manually triggered) and when several people can trigger this plan, we can't at the moment only notify the person who triggered the plan, we have to explicitly list all the possible "triggerers" thus notifying more people than needed.

Note: In my case, the plan above is not a CI plan, it's a deployment plan for which the "committers" recipient type doesn't make sense.
