Artifacts Tab on build configuration tab is mis-behaving

When moving betweeb tabs on the configuration page it keeps erroring

This especially occurs after viewing the artifacts tab.

Most of the time it just wont load the new tab and will remain on the orginal. Occasionally however the tabs will change but no content will be shown.
