Wrapper restarts agent after Bamboo Server sends Request Agent Stop

    Description

      When sending the "request agent stop" from the Bamboo server, it was noticed that the Wrapper service for the agent would automatically restart the agent, preventing the Bamboo server from stopping the agent entirely.
