"Cleaning directory" is run when it shouldn't

      Example for Perforce workspace:

      Example for Bamboo Work-Dir:

      27-Oct-2011 13:19:45 	Cleaning directory /Users/rbattaglin/SANDBOX/bamboo330-home/xml-data/build-dir/PROJ-PLAN-JOB1

      Reproduced:

      • 1 when the plan is created
      • 2 when a Task is deleted
