Not possible to see Product access for trusted users

      Not possible to see Product access for trusted users

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Cog icon > User management
      2. From the user list, for a Trusted user...
      3. Click on > Show product access for the desired trusted user

      Expected Results

      It will show products that the user has access.

      Actual Result

      It shows “Product access failed to load. Please try again later.”

       

      Workaround

      Click on the user’s profile to check what products they have access to.

            This bug should be increased in severity as some users do not get created correctly and when you check product access, you get the error detailed in this bug and the user have no access, seems to be random and affects some users only. Please escalate.
