Summary

The below error is displayed when trying to invite users to the instance using the new User Management interface.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Invite a user to the instance

Expected Results

The user is invited with no issues

Actual Results

The below error message is displayed:

However, most of the times the user has actually been invited despite the above error

Notes

In the developer tools you can see that the request to https://INSTANCE/gateway/api/adminhub/um/site/CLOUD-ID/users/invite failing and:

• Sometimes it is is returning 400 (bad request) and the below response:

• Some other times it returns error 500 and the below response:

Workaround

Contact Atlassian Support to have the new UI for UM disabled.
