Summary

The new group's view is counting system-users.

Note: this bug does not impact the billing, that being said, there will be no extra charges regarding this problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Site Administration > Groups.
2. In the image the Members count fro jira-software-users (10).
   
3. Accessing the group there are 3 members (non system-users).
   
4. When exporting the users' list (Users > Export > mark *Group membership) we can see the 10 users related to that group (3 regular users and 7 system-users).
   

Expected Results

The Members count should not consider system-users since they don't consume licenses and they are not 'manageable' users.

Actual Results

The system-users are being added to the total of Members displayed at the new Group's view.
