Sent invitation emails displays as "Email not sent" in User Management

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 User send e-mail invites to approved domain users
      2. Step 2 Users receive the mail and accesses the site correctly.

      Expected Results

      User Management page displays that the invitation e-mail was sent

      Actual Results

      User management page shows that the e-mail invite was not sent.

      Workaround

      When an invite email is not sent from Adminhub, the user can now use the `resend-invite` option, which will attempt to unblock the email before sending it.

            There has now been a workaround applied to this that is sufficient for closing this bug.
            When an invite email is not sent from Adminhub, the user can now use the `resend-invite` option, which will attempt to unblock the email before sending it.

            This was the previous expected behaviour and is now aligned with what we have currently.
