Issue Summary
When a Confluence page link is added to a Jira issue Description field, a popup is displayed prompting to invite users to Confluence.
However, the invitees already have page access because they are Guest users of the parent space the page is a part of.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Guest user to a Confluence space.
- Create a page under that space.
- Create a Jira issue and set the Confluence Guest user as the assignee.
- Copy and paste the Confluence page created in Step #2 to the Jira issue Description field.
- Save the change.
Expected Results
No user invite popup is displayed since the assignee already has page access as a Confluence page Guest user.
Actual Results
An invite popup is displayed. Example screenshot below:
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
