We should expose a public API which customers can use to manage User access settings, specifically Approved domains in bulk.

For organizations which have many (10+) Approved domains configured, making adjustments to each domain's product access settings individually can be both time-consuming and prone to user error.

Exposing public API endpoints to get and manage Approved domains and other User access settings would allow customers to automate this process, reducing both time spent on administrative tasks and potential errors when multiple User access settings must be updated at once.
