At the moment, the custom message configured in the user invite under the 'User Access Settings' is a simple text. It doesn't allow formatting, such as bold text, inserting links, etc.

The message is used as an informative way to guide users when inviting other users option is disabled, so it'd be good to have the possibility to include links in that message.
