Issue Summary

At the moment , when confluence custom domain enabled , clicking confluence link added in a JSM knowledge base article , it redirected to Confluence instead to portal. By default , it should be redirected to portal.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configured custom domain for JSM and Confluence.
2. Create a JSM article. In the article , add a link to another confluence page.
3. Open the article from portal.
4. Click the confluence link

Expected Results

Page open in portal.

Actual Results

Link redirected to confluence.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
