Problem Description

Product requests feature can currently restrict sign up on Atlassian Cloud products for managed accounts.

When the product is requested, the managed account requesting the product can include a message. When this message is displayed to the admin, it does not include the site URL.

Including the site URL in the request could provide the admin with more information as to why the product is being requested (that the user may not think to include in the message'

Suggested Resolution

Include the site URL being requested in the message displayed to admins. This will provide additional information to admins when approving/denying the requests, saving admins the time of contacting the end user
