Org admins should be able to delete shadow IT-discovered products, including any unwanted parent organizations created during the accidental or shadow IT site setup, without having to wait for the deletion grace period.

Suggested Solutions

Org admins need the capability to immediately deactivate and delete unwanted products, sites, and organizations, as these do not belong to the managing organization's production tools that have been vetted by the customer IT.

Current Workarounds

Currently, there are no effective workarounds. Org admins must join the organization and follow the process to cancel subscriptions and delete the associated sites. The removal of apps from the organization can take several weeks, as detailed in this document.
