Issue Summary
If a user has access to both JSM and Jira products under the same site and if the user is in an active state in one of the products then it also shows as active in the other product.
Example:
The user has access to the JSM User Agent and Jira User role, if the user only accesses the JSM product then its last active date is also shown as active in the Jira Product. This leads to the user being counted as active for both products when reviewing the analytics under "Active users by-product" insights chart
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a managed account
- Provide JSM User Agent access and Jira User Access to the user
- Go to start.atlassian.com and select JSM product from the product access icon. This will redirect you to the site and only show the JSM products.
- Perform any activity in the JSM product.
- Observe that the last active date is updated for Jira Software as well.
- Check the "Active users by-product" insights chart which shows the user active under both products.
Expected Results
The user should only be shown as active under the JSM product
Actual Results
The user is shown as active under both JSM and JSW products
