Issue Summary
Bitbucket Unified User Management is now Generally Available - https://bitbucket.org/blog/unified-user-management-is-generally-available-for-new-bitbucket-cloud-workspaces
Customers will be able to create new Bitbucket workspaces through Atlassian Administration. These workspaces will have their user’s product access managed within Atlassian Administration and in turn through Atlassian Guard. (Similar to how you would manage product access for Confluence or Jira cloud instances).
The ability to create these new workspaces is available for Atlassian organisations using the new user management experience, while Atlassian supports a migration process to migrate legacy user management experience-enabled organisations to the new experience.
This migration process has restrictions, which prevent large organisations from migrating to the new user management experience.
Migration process supports:
- Supports up to 10 sites at the moment.
- Supports up to 2000 user groups at the moment.
- Supports 20000 users at the moment.
Ask
- Support more sites, groups and users rapidly so large organisations that are blocked can be migrated
- Share a timeline of when more sites, groups and users will be supported so large organisations can plan to be unblocked and be enabled to use the Bitbucket Unified User Management workspaces.
