Issue Summary

The current error message that users receive when trying to delete an organization, states: 

As per this document, the org can be deleted after

• for original billing experience - 14 days [deactivation of the site(s)] +1

• for improved billing experience - 14 days [deactivation of the site(s)] + additional 60 days

 'If you've recently removed the products, retry in a minute. ' part has been causing some confusion. 

Suggested solutions

1. To eliminate this confusion, it's suggested to disable the 'Delete organization' button and improve the error message for better clarity.
2. Display site's deletion date on the UI would help clarify when the organization is eligible for deletion, thereby setting the right expectations and reducing confusion.
