Issue Summary

When a Site/ Org admin impersonates a user, they are not getting the pop up/ option to switch back to their admin profiles

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to https://admin.atlassian.com
2. Navigate to the Directory>Users>>Choose a User > Details > Product access > Select Jira product access and login as user
3. Find the user icon not getting updated to the impersonated user and also the switch back option is not displayed

Expected Results

1. A pop mentioning "you are logged in as another user should be presented
2. Admins should be able to switch back to their profiles

Actual Results

1. No pop up appears
2. No option is presented to switch back

Workaround

To remove the impersonation cookie is for the admin to navigate to <siteurl>/impersonate again, which will remove that cookie.
