Issue Summary
When an Atlassian account is not an org. admin, the default landing page when the end user navigates to https://admin.atlassian.com is the create org. page: https://admin.atlassian.com/o/create
The user is redirected to the /create page automatically and there is no option on that page to "Switch account" to another account that has org. admin privileges. This becomes an issue when an end user has multiple Atlassian accounts.
Steps to Reproduce
In this example:
- account1@user.domain is a non-org. admin account used in Jira (end user)
- account2@user.domain is an org. admin account used to administer users/the org.
Use case:
- The user is using Jira with the account1@user.domain account as per their normal process
- The user needs to then make changes at the organization level and needs to access https://admin.atlassian.com as account2@user.domain
- So, the end user goes to https://admin.atlassian.com but is greeted with the https://admin.atlassian.com/o/create (automatic redirection) because there is an active session for account1@user.domain which doesn't have any org. admin privileges
- There is no option to "Switch account" from account1@user.domain to account2@user.domain
Expected Results
There should be an avatar and account switcher option as per all other pages on admin.atlassian.com
Actual Results
No avatar or "Switch account" option on the https://admin.atlassian.com/o/create page
Workaround
Navigate here: https://admin.atlassian.com/o/12341234/overview - you'll get a permissions error, but there will be an option to "Switch account" via your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen (see screenshot in Expected Results)
