h. User Problem
It's currently only possible to verify which domain(s) are linked to a given identity provider directory by navigating to Admin Hub > Security > Identity providers > [Directory name] > View domains. This isn't scalable for customers who have more than a handful of verified domains, as they need to review the linked domains for each identity provider directory and cross-reference them against all of the domains verified by their organization to determine which domain(s) (if any) are linked to the local directory instead of an identity provider directory.
Suggested Solution
Add a column to the table on the Domains page that indicates the directory to which each domain is linked so customers can quickly identify which domains are linked to the local directory or a specific identity provider directory.
Current Workarounds
- Navigate to Admin Hub > Security > Identity providers
- For each identity provider directory:
- Navigate to [Directory name] > View domains
- Verify and make note of which domain(s) are linked to the directory
- Navigate to Admin Hub > Settings > Domains (centralized user management experience) or Admin Hub > Directory > Domains (original user management experience)
- Manually cross-reference each domain with a Status of VERIFIED against the lists of domains linked to each identity provider directory to determine which verified domains aren't linked to any identity provider directory
