Allow some accounts claim and unclaim to be possible through the UI instead of CSV files

      At the current moment, when the user wants to manually claim or unclaim some accounts this can only be done with the use of CSV files.

      It would be nice to have a UI that could list the accounts so the user can select the users that he wants to unclaim or claim. This is especially useful when the user wants to claim and unclaim only a few accounts
