Issue Summary
When users click on Atlassian Guard from the Overview menu, they are presented with a window prompting them to subscribe. Selecting the standard subscription results in an error, preventing access to the service.
The root cause of the problem appears to be a bug in the subscription management system, which fails to recognize existing subscriptions for users attempting to access Atlassian Guard.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to Admin console https://admin.atlassian.com
- Select the organisation
- Navigate to Overview page
- Click on "Atlassian Guard" under "Configure, optimize, and protect"
Expected Results
"Start a free standard 30 days trial" option should not be enabled if the organisation already has an Atlassian Guard Standard plan active.
Actual Results
Irrespective of the current Atlassian Guard plan in the organisation Start a free trial is still being enabled under Overview button and when clicking on it nothing happens except a message stating "Your trial has started"
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
