Issue Summary
In certain situations, existing managed accounts become unmanaged and they won't be able to log in via SSO or access Atlassian products.
The issue occurs regardless of the automatic account claim settings and user provisioning status.
Actual Results
Existing managed accounts become unmanaged.
Workaround
Manually claim the user to rectify the issue.
