Ability to change the users count in the Admin Portal based on filters

    • 5
    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Issue Summary

      • On applying a filter for a specific product, role, or status in the Directory within the Admin Portal (admin.atlassian.com), it consistently results in displaying the full list of users in the Organization.
      • This process can become tedious, particularly when attempting to obtain an accurate number of users for a certain product, as it requires manual counting.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your Organization.
      2. Go to Directory > Users.
      3. You will now be able to see the list of all the active users with the count at the top of the list.
      4. Try using the "Filters" option and observe the users count again.

      Expected Results

      • Change in the users count whenever the filter is applied.

      Actual Results

      • No change in the users count and it still displays the information of total users present in the Organization.
      • As seen in the screenshot below, the user count continues to display 12 active users, despite the applied filters which should ideally show only 2 users.

      Workaround

      • Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
