Reset 2FA for managed accounts via REST API

      Admin would like to have an API available for resetting 2FA for managed user accounts.

      Currently, admins can only reset 2FA for managed accounts from the Atlassian Admin UI following the below steps:

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
      2. Select Directory > Managed accounts> Show details to open the member's page.
      3. Select Reset two-step verification
