Summary

By default, managed accounts have the following profile information displayed at the organization level, which can be also synced via user provisioning:

• Full name
• Email address
• Job title
• Department
• Based in

From these profile details, only the following ones are synced from the organization to the user management part of the site administration:

• Full name
• Email address
• Job title

Other information such as Local time, Public name, Based in, Job title will be retrieved directly from the user's profile in https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility. Even though those can be retrieved via provisioning to the organization as well, they can be overwritten by the user due to ID-7396.

Suggestion

This is a suggestion to sync all user details from the organization to the user management of the site, including the ones being retrieved via user provisioning. For example:

• Department
• Organization
• Timezone
• Preferred language
