Issue Summary

Groups do not appear in Group membership when inputting a group name only

Steps to Reproduce

1. make groups(ex. test, test_1, test_2)
2. go to Users : https://admin.atlassian.com/o/ORG/users
3. Click "Invite users"
4. enter "test" in "Group membership"
5. All Groups appear an the expected "test" does not appear (around 3 seconds of video)
6. type " " < (space) after "test", "test" groups appear (around 5 seconds of video)
   It happens only one time after opening "invite people to xxxx". After you click "Group membership" once and display something, you get the right results.
   If you back to User and Click "invite users" you can do it again.

Workaround

input "test" and type " "(space) or delete one word, or click again "Group membership"
