Unable to access JSM Help Center using Custom Domain

      Issue Summary

      When the customer attempt to open Jira Service Mangaement Portal URL using custom domain, they can't access the URL, while original Atlassian URL works.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a custom domain for the Jira Service Management Help Center (e.g., support.example.com).
      • admin.atlassian.com > Apps > App URLs > Custom domains > Add custom domain
      1. Ensure DNS settings (CNAME) are correctly pointed to Atlassian as per the configuration guide.
      2. Wait for status show as "Active" in the Custom domein setting UI.
      3. Attempt to access the Help Center using the custom domain URL.

        Expected Results

        The Help Center should be accessible and functional through both the custom domain and the original Atlassian URL.

        Actual Results

        The user can't access the Help center and custom domain setting status shows "SUSPENDED".

        Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior, contact Atlassian support.
