Problem

Currently, when filtering users with Jira Product Discovery under the Users list (admin.atlassian.com/ > Directory > Users > Filters > Select Jira Product Discovery under USER ACCESS TO), it shows all users, including Creator (Licensed user) and Contributor (not licensed).

There is no way to see filtering on the page for which users have which role.

Impact

It will confuse the org admin because when the admin sees the number of licensed users from the Billing page, there will be a difference between the number of users who are using the product and the number of users who are not.

If the admin wants to identify the license type, the only way is to check the user's details page one by one to determine whether the user is counted as a Creator or a Contributor.

It is essential to have the ability to filter users by license type for Jira Product Discovery on the user list in the org admin page.
