Bulk Activate users no longer work on Managed Accounts UI

      Issue Summary

      Bulk "Activate" of users in the Managed Accounts UI page no longer works.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Managed Accounts page
      2. Select a few users in the list
      3. Try to click "Reactivate" button and finish the reactivation process.

      Expected Results

      Users should get "Reactivated"

      Actual Results

      Users remain in "Deactivated" status.

      Upon clicking the action, on the Browser's network tab we cannot see any calls being triggered as part of the reactivate action.

      The only noticeable change is a batch call, which appears to be a reference to both the batch UI events available:
      "Dactivate / Activate"

      Workaround

      Go to the user profile page and activate the user from there.
