Currently, when navigating to Directory > Users and applying the product filter for Jira Service Management (JSM), the filter displays the user’s general role (e.g., user, admin) rather than their specific term "Agent".
It would be highly beneficial if, when JSM is selected as the product filter, the directory instead displayed the agent role rather than users. This would allow admins to easily distinguish between JSM agents with correct term, ensuring more accurate license management and user oversight. This enhancement would streamline user management and reduce confusion.
