Issue Summary

The AI usage report under Admin → Insights → Analytics → AI usage is not getting updated every 24 hours. 

The data seems to exist in the backend, but it is not being pulled into the front-end analytics reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Admin → Insights → Analytics → AI usage.
2. Select Date range: Last 4 weeks and Sites: All sites.
3. Check the chart for Active AI users.

Expected Results

The AI usage chart should update regularly (weekly or near real-time) to reflect active AI users across the organization.

Actual Results

The chart shows data only up to few weeks in the past, not at least 24 hours before.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
