Issue Summary

With introduction of Service Accounts : Understand service accounts not all JSM specific APIs Scopes are supported.

We do not have Assets API scopes available in service accounts.

Only Jira scopes mentioned in  Manage API tokens for service accounts are applicable.

Proposed Solution

Add support for Assets and all JSM specific scopes for Service Accounts.

Workaround

Use any JSM Licensed User API Token to access Assets using REST API.
